Bubbly, energetic, non-judgemental, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Keren really is everything that I was looking for in a trainer….and more! I came to Keren with a very clear vision of what I am hoping to achieve through my PT sessions and she really took the time to listen to me and my goals, and ultimately create a program that will help me get to where I want to be. She knows her stuff – which is a breath of fresh air in an industry where you can be fed an awful lot of garbage, at ridiculous prices, never to see the results that your hoping to achieve.
I wasn’t looking for a cookie-cutter trainer, I was looking for someone who wanted to take the time to understand my needs. And Keren certainly has not disappointed!
