Before You Jump Into New Years Resolutions, Do This

The best new year resolutions are the ones that will make a difference in your life. They are the ones that are achievable and have a lasting effect on your life.

We all know how difficult it is to stick to our new year’s resolutions, so it is important to set realistic goals and keep them attainable so you can succeed with them

Many people struggle to stick to their exercise goals in the beginning, but once they set a realistic goal and work hard towards it, they are much more likely to stick with it for the long term. In order to achieve this goal you should create a schedule and make exercising a daily routine that is as easy as brushing your teeth.

This way, you will be automatically more likely to continue doing your routine so that you can achieve the desired end result.

Step 1- Figure Out What Your Goals Are

It’s important to figure out what your goals are before you start a new project. It will help you stay focused and motivated.

There are many ways to set goals, but the most common is SMART goal setting process.

The process of goal setting is a very important one. It is what will determine the success or failure of a company. The first step in this process should be to figure out what your goals are and why you want to achieve them.

Achieving your goals doesn’t happen overnight, it takes time and effort, but the end result can be worth it. Setting goals will help you focus on what needs to be done in order to reach them. If you don’t have any goals then you don’t really know where you’re going in life, which can lead to feelings of anxiety and depression.

Step 2- Find The Root of The Problem

In order to solve a problem, you need to first identify what the root of the problem is. If you don’t know where the root of the problem is, then how will you know how to fix it?

One of the most important skills that we can learn in life is how to solve problems. This skill can be applied in all aspects of our lives – from work and school to our relationships with friends and family.

There are many different ways that we can use this skill in order to overcome obstacles and achieve success.

New Year resolutions are often broken by the end of January. But there is a way to make sure that you follow through with your resolutions and get the most out of them. This article provides some tips on how to start off the New Year with a bang and not give up on your resolutions so quickly.

Research shows that if you commit to a goal and make small, achievable milestones your working on, you will be more likely to stay with it.

Don’t just jump right into the action. Take some time out of your day to plan out what you’re going to do; figure out how much time it will take, how often, etc. Don’t just go ahead and do something as soon as possible; PLAN PLAN PLAN for success.

Step 3- Break Up the Goal into Smaller Pieces

Breaking down your goal into smaller pieces is a helpful way to stay focused and motivated. The first step of the goal-setting process is to identify your goal. The second step is to break it up into smaller pieces, which will give you more clarity on what you need to do in order for you to achieve that goal.

This process will help you to keep track of the steps you need to take in order to accomplish your goal.

The first step is identifying your goal and breaking it into smaller pieces. The second step is tracking the steps you need to take in order to accomplish your goal.

Step 4- Create a Plan of Action and Accountability Strategy

Planning meals is not just about what we eat but how we eat. That’s why it’s so important to plan our meals and take accountability for them.

  1. Create a plan of action.
  2. Set accountability measures, such as weight loss goals, and measure progress on a weekly basis.
  3. Create a meal plan to follow from Monday to Friday each week, taking into account your work schedule.
  4. Stick to the plan.

Step 5- Take Action

This one goes without saying but I’m going to say it anyway.

You just need to show up and take action. That might mean some days are better than others but taking action is literally the key to your results and success this year.

If you’ve read through this entire blog and are confused, overwhelmed, or don’t know how to implement this for yourself next year, here’s what to do:

  1. Hire a coach to hold you accountable for your actions. Someone to remind you why you’re on this journey, to begin with, and motivate you to keep pushing when times get tough.⁣
  2. Set up your home environment to be more “diet” friendly. Less unnecessary snacks (yes that means for the kids too) tuck away trigger foods and grocery shop with a list.⁣
  3. Plan your schedule as if it wasn’t the holidays. That means your workouts and meals are still accounted for that way you have no excuse but to put the work in.⁣⁣

Here’s how to do all those 3 at one time:⁣
