To get some great health & fitness results, you don’t have to work out every single day, but there are a few key elements that even the busiest of parents can adhere to to see some changes happen.
30min of dedicated movement at least 4 times a week
drink at least 2L of water each day
aim to get at least 6 – 7 hours of sleep each night
minimise the refined carbs/sugars, eat more lean protein WHENEVER you can
move move move your body as much as you can, don’t get stick sitting for too long
If you’re feeling stuck and frustrated and not sure what to do first (coz you wont be able to make all those changes at once), pick one and focus on that for a couple weeks.
Make it a habit. Then move onto the next. Slowly, but it will at least be sustainable that way.
